The Automated Cash Formula: Total BS!

Automated Cash Formula” (ACF) by Dave Gale is a $37 Internet Marketing product in pdf format. There are the obligatory upsell’s at $67 and $19 offering videos so you can see how Dave does what he does. I haven’t bought the videos so I can’t comment but I’m sure they will make things much easier to follow for some.

Where to begin with this review?

acfbook2.jpg My Biggest Problem with the sales pitch is the whole BS of the headline and sub headings

Totally Eliminate The Hard Work To Making Money Online;
Make You Hundreds Of Dollars A Day, Everyday, On Auto-Pilot…
Using The Internet Without A Website, Selling Any Products Or Doing Any Marketing Whatsoever – Even If You’re Currently Flat Out Broke With No Time Or Energy To Spare.

Sorry for being blunt but …. bullshit, horseshit and …. arrrgghhh

YES the formula can work for you but you will need to put in more than a couple of hours per project to get it right,

So what’s the formula:

In short JV brokering: Or put another way using “two tier affiliate programs” to your advantage.

and the concept behind the formula:

Without revealing the reveal exact step by step details, as it is a paid product, you basically do lots of research, recruit the right people at the right time as sub-affiliates in any niche market and get paid off the back of their efforts.

What Do I really Think About ACF:

This isn’t a new concept.
People are making pretty good money doing it.
This strategy “could” work for you if you have the time to do it right.
If you have the time you would probably make a small fortune as I can see lots of people buying the guide won’t even bother trying.

To make this work you’ll need to do real research.

You’ll need to find the right person to talk to and get in touch with them by email.
There will be lots of ‘no replies’ and the odd ‘yes’.
There’s a lot to take in and you might need to buy additional software to make things easier/quicker once you’ve got the first deal done and out of the way.

The Good Bits

I thought ACF was fairly a well written step by step guide.
It includes some solid and screen shots and info on;-

how to find a niche market
how to find a good two tier affiliate programs in those niches
how to find potential sub-affiliates who have a high traffic site or existing mailing list
It also contains a sample proposal letter to help start you off with your sub-affiliate recruitment drive.

The Cons

Although The Automated Cash Formula doesn’t get a ‘scam alert rating’, I suggest the sales pitch should be taken with a pinch of salt.

As for the income claim … I’d say he made money but at the same time part of it is as fake as a $3 note. Here’s why. In the material you’ll see references to Clickbank income. Well Clickbank doesn’t have a two tier programme, so he couldn’t have made all of his money using it. However … some of the people he contacted, he may have cross sold too … I just don’t know.

It’s far from Automated.

Overall Conclusion:

Although this money making strategy is workable and the right sort of person will make a killing if they implement it, I’m not 100% confident enough to fully recommend this product.

The sales letter over hypes the reality of the product and the income claim may catch the unwary. And I’ll say this bit again. The way I read it I won’t have the time to implement it. I know the importance of research and personally, I’d want to allow a week or two per project to start it off.

Some of the research methods outlined are great for newbies and some intermediate marketers and that is knowledge you may be able to use later on.

If you still want to buy it now your eyes have been opened and you know the ups and downs here’s the link. You could do worse.

PS: The cost of this ebook is $37 with $67 or $19 up-sell for the videos. Go see … :)

Thanks for the review. I wasn't going to buy it anyway, because I'm highly suspicious of letters that tell you everything something isn't, but never what it actually is. Just out of curiosity, I had to search for an honest review or comment, and here it is!

Hi Tim, I haven't tried Maverick but the Google Shadow I did join. The basic principle is that you have to put up lots of PPC campaigns which direct visitors to CPA or affiliate offers. It's a numbers game. The more you do the better your chance of success. The downside with Shadow is you need to have a budget to spend on your PPC ads in the first place (and then be able to wait for your commission to be paid) The plus side is that the Shadow software does make it quick and easy (once you've learnt how to use it - an hour or so) to post multiple ad campaigns and ad groups. There have been successes and failures in the program but there is a vibrant community forum. From my own experiences there are a lot more failures than successes BUT ... when you find a winner, you REALLY find a winner. I don't know your skill levels but one thing keeps coming through time and time again. If you stick with something and learn from your mistakes you will eventually succeed. PPC traffic is great (provided you can buy it) because it's available when you want it and you can send it to what ever offer you like. The more you test, the better your results will become. And that goes for whatever type of online business you want to be a part of. I hope this is of some help. Remember the old saying ... "if it sounds too good to be true ..." There are no easy routes. A business is a business whether it's online or not. Making any business a success take hard work and dedication. Only once it's running can you begin to reap the benefits and take effective short cuts. Kev

This was a good review. I will not buy this product as I am looking for something that starts out honestly. If the seller cant be honest , how good can it be? Im willing to do the work but need to know what Im getting into from the start. What do you think of Mavrick Money Makers? Google Shadow? Im really getting wore down by all the emails Im getting offering the latest and greatest. They end up selling me nothing as they all have the same hype.

Hi Robert, I am not the creator of Website Content Wizard. That honour is David Watsons :) I'm sure the paypal issue is just a hic-up. Try Website Content Wizard again. Its well worth every penny. Kev

Hi Get, depending on your viewpoint of what an online income tool is affects the answer. The two most valuable software tools in my catalogue are 1. ThemeZoom and 2. Website Content Wizard As with any business you should really allow 3 months to get a healthy regular income building up. Thanks for the heads up on the links :) Kev

There you go, Kevin! What is your best online income tool and how long did it start to become so successful? This isn't a trick question. I just need to make money :-)

I purchased this product on november 20th, 2007. Unfortunately i did not see this review beforehand. I have had it over a month now, I have tried quite a few of the "methods" outlined in the book, and I have not made a single dollar. Instead i have been confronted with my email inbox filling with complaints of spam. Although i can see a lot of effort has gone into compiling this info, the methods it outlines still involves "selling", in my opinion. The methods are also very old. I second your comments about the clickbank earnings. Nowhere in this book/package does it explain how to make ANY money from clickbank, so these earnings should not hold any bearing on his overpromising sales page. And as far as automated goes, well, it has been the MOST work out of ALL of my projects. And considering that it's been the MOST work, and i have made ZERO MONEY off it, I would never, ever, ever call it automated. I just sent "Dave Gale" an email requesting a refund.

Hi Andreas I don't see this strategy becoming oversaturated for the reasons you say. Also you need to think that there are lots of niches where people haven't yet grasped the potential of affiliate marketing. (strange as that may sound to marketers). You've also got to consider that ALL businesses take time to get right. Using this method as a PART of your overall income strategy may be the smart thing to do. Szucs; Thanks for the comments and feedback - changes made :)

Hi Kevin, Nice post... BTW pay attention to spelling :D "YES the formula can *for you work* but you will need to put in more than a couple of hours per project to get it right" for an example.

Hi Kevin, This is a really great review! Again it shows, if something sounds too good to be true, it probably is so. It is exactly what I thought, that you need more time to set up a project. What else I feared is that the technique will be very fast oversaturated. Maybe not so, because most people probably will take no action on this. I almost bought it. Now I don't know, probably not, because I think, it will distract me and it probably needs lots of work, and I'm not confident that it is so easy to find sub-affiliates with high traffic sites.

Hi Alex, Great to see you here. I agree about the need to have a great headline but .... there comes a point when your ethics have to over-ride the need for the sale. The problem that poses to me having read the book, is that although Dave has put together a very useful guide, by selling it on the 'quick and almost hands free' ticket, it's opening him up to a shed load of potential refund requests. Anyone that buys The Automated Cash Formula through my link will understand what I think and therefore be buying it for the right reasons. With no false illusions. Web 2 has really changed the IM playing field. Gone are the days you can just copy and paste the latest 'this is the best' email and expect to make a regular living. People are a lot smarter than that. I can see that the roll of IM orientated publishers and the way they deal with product recommendation is going to through some big changes over the next few months.

Kev, An awesome review and I agree - too often great product shadowed by a headline but unfortunately it is needed to actually keep people reading :D Cheers, Alex
